Registration Information
Registration forms are available at the FVAA office for all sports. Please register by the deadline for each sport to insure you will be placed on a team. Fees are due at the time of registration. Membership and sport registration fees, along with registration dates are subject to change. Please call the FVAA office for any updates.

Football has a $85.00 registration fee, all other sports have a $65.00 registration fee (subject to change) which helps defray the cost of operating that sport, including equipment, uniforms, trophies, and paying umpires/referees. There are no additional fees to be paid to the FVAA for the sports. However, baseball and softball players are required to supply their own mitts and cleated shoes; football players are required to supply their own cleated shoes and athletic supporters; cheerleaders are required to supply their own kick pants, white socks and white tennis shoes; basketball players are required to supply their own shorts, and soccer players are required to supply their own shorts and shin guards.
